Everything a customer brings to Kinbir must be theirs, or something they have permission to use — our terms say so, and every article fetched by link is fetched only after the customer confirms that permission. Kinbir is a tool for giving your own ideas a voice, not for republishing other people's work.
If you believe material generated or hosted through Kinbir infringes your copyright, email support@kinbir.com with the subject "Copyright report" and include:
We review every report. Material found to infringe is removed, and the account that submitted it is warned; repeat infringers lose their account.
If something you submitted was removed after a report and you believe the removal was a mistake — you own the work, or you have a licence — reply to the removal email with an explanation and evidence. We will look again, and if the report does not hold up, the material is restored.
When a customer pastes a link, the page is fetched once by KinbirBot, which identifies itself in every request and respects robots.txt. The extracted text is returned to the customer and is not kept by us. Site owners who do not want to be fetched can disallow KinbirBot in their robots.txt, or email us and we will block the domain.
