የአገልግሎት ውሎች

Kinbir is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running, but we make no promise of uptime, and features can change or pause as the product grows. If something breaks while you are generating, the credits for that generation are refunded automatically.
Kinbir is not for anyone under 18. Cloning a voice requires a recorded consent statement, and a child cannot give that consent. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18 we delete the account and the voice with it.
There are no passwords. You sign in with your email address and a six-digit code we send to it, so whoever can read your email can use your account - your voice included. Keep your email secure. Everything done from your account counts as done by you. If you think someone else has access, email us and we will disable the account.
Everything you make costs credits. You get them free when you first record your voice, or you buy them with a plan or a top-up. Each action shows its cost before you confirm it, and you are charged only for work we actually did: a failed generation costs nothing, and a result we already had cached costs nothing.
Credits are not money and cannot be cashed out. They have no value outside Kinbir and we do not refund unused credits, except where the law requires it.
Credits you bought as a top-up do not expire while your account exists. They sit on your balance until you use them.
Subscription credits carry over for one month only. If you are on a plan, then at each monthly renewal any balance above one month's allowance is removed before the new month's credits are added, so they cannot be stockpiled indefinitely. This applies only while you are on a plan.
If you delete your account, any unused credits are lost, whichever kind they are. The account page tells you your balance before you confirm.
There is also a daily limit on how many credits one account can spend, so a single person cannot exhaust the service for everyone else, and a monthly ceiling on the underlying cost an account can incur. Both reset on their own, and we will raise either one if you ask and the use is genuine.
Recording your voice gives you a small number of free credits, enough for several minutes of voiceover. It exists so you can hear your own cloned voice before paying. Making a video, having a script written for you, and the other paid stages need a plan. One free allowance per account, and one account per person.
Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page, which opens our payment provider's billing portal. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the month you are in, and the credits already on your balance stay there. Deleting your account cancels the subscription first.
Everything you put into Kinbir has to be yours, or something you have permission to use: your own writing and notes, pages you own or are licensed to use, and video or images you filmed or licensed. Do not paste articles, blog posts, scripts, lyrics or subtitles that belong to someone else, and do not upload clips taken from other people's videos.
You are responsible for what you submit and for what you publish from it. If a rights holder complains, we may remove the material and suspend the account; rights holders can report content on our copyright page. Kinbir is a tool for giving your own ideas a voice, not for republishing other people's work.
The clips Kinbir puts in your video come from third-party stock and open-licence libraries. Each clip is supplied under that library's own licence, and that licence governs what may be done with it. We hold the relationship with these libraries; you do not. We choose libraries that licence for commercial use without requiring credit, so you do not have to display attribution for the footage we supply. If that ever changes for a clip in your video, we will tell you what to display and where, and you must display it.
We do not promise that any clip has a model release from a person appearing in it, a property release for a building, artwork, vehicle or location shown in it, or that it is free of trademarks and other third-party rights. Stock libraries generally do not provide those clearances and we do not obtain them separately. If your video needs that kind of clearance, for example advertising or anything suggesting a person or brand endorses you, that use needs rights we cannot give you.
Audio and video you generate from your own material is yours. Use it in your videos, monetize it on YouTube, TikTok, or anywhere else. We claim no rights over your output, and to the extent we hold any rights in the finished file, we pass them to you.
Copyright law in some countries does not recognise ownership in material generated by AI without enough human authorship. We transfer whatever rights exist and can be transferred; we do not promise that a particular right exists.
What you do not get is a licence to the individual stock clips beyond their appearance inside your finished video. You may edit that video, trim it, add captions or your own branding. You may not extract, isolate or re-export a clip from it, use a clip on its own or in another project, or share, sell or upload any clip as a standalone file, including to a stock library or a training dataset.
That covers what Kinbir supplies: the voice, the footage we source, and the finished file. It cannot cover material you brought in yourself, so if your source was not yours to use, no plan or licence here makes it so. Remember that output is deleted from our servers after 24 hours, download it.
We generate; you publish. You are responsible for watching the finished video before you post it, and for judging whether it is accurate and right for your audience. Automated systems make mistakes: footage may not match your words, and the voice may mispronounce something. Publishing is your decision.
You are also responsible for following the terms, community guidelines, disclosure rules and monetization policies of every platform you publish to.
You must not use Kinbir or anything it makes to:
Kinbir is a generation service. We do not guarantee that your video will be approved, published or left up, that it will earn money or qualify for monetization, that it will reach any number of viewers, or that it will satisfy any platform's policies.
That includes, expressly, YouTube's policies on inauthentic, repetitious, mass-produced and AI-generated content, and the equivalent rules on TikTok, Instagram and elsewhere. Some platforms restrict or demonetize content they judge to be mass-produced, and some require you to disclose that content is synthetic. Meeting those rules, including any disclosure, is your responsibility. Platform policies change without notice, are applied at each platform's discretion, and are outside our control.
Kinbir is provided as-is, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that footage will match your script, or that output will be free of defects.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost or reduced platform monetization, demonetization, strikes, account suspension, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights, including rights to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Some countries do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
If you use Kinbir for business, you agree to cover our costs and losses if a claim is brought against us because of content you published, material you supplied, or your breach of these terms or of a platform's rules. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you handle it. This paragraph does not apply to consumers.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Voice Policy or the content rules above. Impersonation, fraud, harassment, political deepfakes, enrolling someone else's voice, working around a marketplace owner's content opt-outs, or feeding in work that belongs to someone else. Serious violations mean immediate termination without refund of any unused credits.
Kinbir is operated from the United States and these terms are governed by the law of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement.
When these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, email account holders. Questions: support@kinbir.com.
