You may only clone your own voice on Kinbir. To prove it, enrollment requires a video of your face while you read a consent statement out loud. The recording is the consent. Before you record it, you are told what the recording is for - building a voice model that reads your scripts, and nothing else - and how long we keep it, which is set out below.
Voices of other people, celebrities, politicians, family members, friends, anyone who is not the person on camera. Are rejected. Trying to enroll someone else's voice gets your account banned.
The same rule covers your face. If you upload a photo to put yourself in the opening of a video, you are declaring that the photo is of you, and you are responsible for that declaration. We do not automatically compare the photo to your enrollment video. Every upload is recorded against your account with a timestamp, and we review and ban accounts that we find have animated someone else.
You may not create a video of anyone else, and that includes public figures. A photo of a politician, a celebrity, or a person who has not consented on camera will not produce an avatar on Kinbir.
Never use Kinbir to create audio that:
This applies even when the voice is your own. Your voice reading a scam script is still a scam.
Your voice recording and the voice model built from it are kept only to generate voiceovers you ask for, and only for as long as one of these is true:
When neither is true, or when you delete the voice or your account, the enrollment video, the voice model, and every clip made from them are permanently destroyed. Deleting from your account page takes effect immediately. If you simply stop using Kinbir, the three-year clock does it for you, without you having to ask.
We never sell your voice, and we never profit from it beyond the service you are paying for. We do not share, licence, trade, or hand it to anyone else, except where the law compels us (see below). We do not use it to train models for anyone else.
If we believe a voice was enrolled dishonestly or is being misused, we can disable it or delete it immediately, without notice. We do not need to prove anything first, protecting people from voice abuse matters more than convenience.
Be clear about what revocation can and cannot do: revoking a voice stops all future generations with it. It cannot recall audio files that were already generated and downloaded. Once a file is on someone's device, we have no way to reach it.
We cooperate with law enforcement. If we receive a valid legal request about misuse of the service, we will share what we have: enrollment videos, usage logs, and account details.
When the voice marketplace opens, some people will license their voice for other creators to use. Their protections are part of this policy:
If you believe a voice on Kinbir is being misused, or that someone cloned your voice without your consent, contact us at support@kinbir.com. We review every report.
